Helping clients buy and sell homes across the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1998, Gerard Maher brings over 25 years of real estate experience to every transaction. He became a licensed broker in 2001 and has served in nearly every role the industry offers — from founding and selling his own brokerage, to managing over 200 agents at one of the coast’s largest firms.

A recognized leader in the real estate community, Gerard is a past President of the Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS® and was named REALTOR® of the Year. He’s also a licensed instructor with the Mississippi REALTOR® Institute, teaching both new agents and seasoned professionals through continuing education. In addition, he provides one-on-one coaching to agents seeking to sharpen their skills and grow their business. Gerard is not only passionate about real estate but also about building stronger communities. He’s currently serving his second term on his local municipal council.
